You should arrive at Activ8 Academy reception for registration between 0845-0900. Be aware that this may be a different location to school reception. Upon arrival you will be greeted by a member of the team who will help sign your child in and then you're free to leave!

Food is not included in the price of the camp, therefore you will need to supply a packed lunch. There will be a ‘tuck shop’ open at breaks throughout the day.
Activ8 Academy has a No Nuts Policy. This means that nuts, and products containing nuts, should not be brought to camp.
Experienced PE Teachers and Coaches will supervise children throughout the day. All employees are required to have passed a DBS check before being employed with the Academy. They are responsible for the health and welfare of all children. If a child is feeling unwell, the staff will contact the parent or guardian as soon as possible.
All children should be collected from the Activ8 Academy reception area between 1520-1530.
If you need to collect your child earlier please let us know.
Joining instructions – All persons wishing to attend the Activ8 Academy Camps must complete a registration form and make full payment. Places will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. All booking forms must be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org
Payment – Activ8 Academy Camp fees must be paid in full on booking to secure a place on the camp. Your place on the camp will not be guaranteed until payment in full and the completed application form have been received. Course fees should be paid by bank transfer (as seen under booking form)
Cancellation – Activ8 Academy reserves the right to cancel the camp up to 48 hours before the start date. A complete course refund of the fees will be given or an alternative course offered.
We regret that no refund will be given if the course is not attended. The person named on the application form may be substituted with another person at no extra charge. Written notification, in advance, is required to substitute an attendee.
Refunds – Refunds will only be given in the event of the course being cancelled by Activ8 Academy. All fees paid will be forfeited by anyone cancelling a course within 14 working days of the course start date.
Safety Regulations – For safety and comfort of attendees, the rules and guidelines of the Academy must be observed at all times.
Behaviour – Activ8 Academy reserves the right to send anyone home who demonstrates unreasonable behaviour or acts in an abusive or disruptive manner towards camp participants or staff.
Smoking – Activ8 Academy are run at non-smoking sites, therefore smoking is strictly prohibited.
Personal loss or injury – Activ8 Academy cannot accept responsibility for any personal loss or injury. Participants should state any medical or past injury prior to the start of the camp.
Photographs – Photographs may be taken and used electronically for marketing purposes by Activ8 Academy– any objections will be respected, please contact us stating this.
Medical cover – First aid cover is available throughout the course. By booking into the Activ8 Academy you are agreeing to this treatment, if required, unless written objection is received in advance. Please ensure all medical conditions are recorded when booking onto the course and confirm on the first day of registration on arrival.
Data protection – We will treat your personal information as private and confidential, except where disclosure is made at your request or with your consent or where we are required by law to disclose. We will only use your information for the purposes of administration in relation to the course named overleaf. We will never pass your personal information to third parties outside Activ8 Academy.
